Printing a Customer Not Ordering Report

Once you have entered the required information needed to generate a Customer Not Ordering report as directed in Using Customer Not Ordering Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The report will print the following information:

• SP – The sales rep ID
• CUST – The customer ID code
• Customer Name – The customer name
• Phone – The customer's primary phone number
• Days Not Ordered – The number of days in which the customer has not ordered. NF = No orders found for that customer
• Credit Hold – Y = the customer has been placed on credit hold Customer Credit; N = the customer is not on credit hold.
